Application Process

    Submit a complaint

    Customers may submit complaints via phone, email, or online form.
    When submitting a complaint, the following information is required:

    Complaint Registration

    The after-sales department confirms receipt of the complaint within 24 hours.
    And assign a unique work order number.

  • 03

    Initial diagnosis

    The technical support team determines the type of problem based on the information.
    Simple question: Remote guidance for resolution (such as operation adjustment, component replacement).
    Complex issue: Arrange on-site inspection by engineers (time to be confirmed by the customer).

  • 04

    Processing Plan

    During the warranty period: Free repair or replacement (excluding damage caused by human factors).
    Over warranty or man-made damage: Provide a quotation for paid service, and execute after customer confirmation.

  • 05

    Execution and feedback

    After the repair is completed, the customer signs the service report.
    The after-sales team will make a follow-up call within 3 days to confirm the problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • 06

    Record archived

    Complaint content, processing process, and results archived.
    For product improvement.
